Home Value - Overview

Your Home Value is updated once a month. You will be able to track its change over time and further understand what determines it by reviewing its Value Drivers. The Home Value screen has a summary graphic highlighting your most important drivers, and you can tap on the chart to see a more detailed graph.

From here, you can also view your Value drivers to gain a better understanding of your home value. Tapping on the Value drivers chart will lead to a more detailed overview of it.

By selecting a specific Value driver, you can get specific information about it. Should it be a negative Value driver, the app suggests remodeling projects that would address it.
