Why hasn't my home value updated in over a month?

We update Home Values once a month. It can take some time for our partners to deliver all of the data we rely on to produce accurate estimates. After incorporating the updated data signals, we verify the results before publishing them in the app. For consistency of display, though, we generate the estimated values as they would be on the first of the month. This makes it easier to compare estimated values month-over-month. We usually publish the new estimates in the app by the 5^th of every month, and are working to make that faster over time.
